We all know how easy it is to come up with horror stories of quality and customer service; but how about those who deserve a pat on the back? Do we have any stories out there of those who did a good job?
I find Eddie Bauer incredibly easy to deal with. I have to do some returns this weekend and they lut us return outlet items in the retail store.

I had a good experience renewing my drivers license recently. Instead of going to E.City, I went to the mobile unit that stops at the old courthouse twice a month. I was in and out in 15 minutes, My d/l picture turned out pretty good too.

That's greta. Glad to know that. That state trooper in EC isn't exactly the life of the party or a good photographer. I asked when he was taking the picture and he said he already had it. Whne I die I beg this not to be used for the obit. Looks more like a mug shot.

I arrived at the Trooper Barracks early to avoid the crowd and noticed a sign saying "No Checks Accepted". I had to leave and find an ATM. When I got back the place was packed, but one of the officers remembered seeing me leave suddenly and called me in ahead of the rest of the crowd. Unlike many states, I've had good experiences with NCDMV.
