Carlie is a rescue dog with Animal Rescue of Tidewater. She was startled by a loud noise, jumped the fence and ran away Monday morning May 2 from her foster home; she did not have a collar on but she is microchipped. She escaped from 159 Snow Goose Lane, Knotts Island, NC. She is a sweet, friendly dog. Please help us find her!
